Administering the TwoGreySuits Employee Pulse Survey will establish a baseline for measurement of the impact of your HR initiatives and annual administration will measure your progress. Policies – The Complete HR Policy Guide (including all Social Media workplace policies) will meet the administration needs of most small to medium sized businesses. You can add other policies from the Additional Policies by Category section and/or write new ones that are specific to your company. The Code of Business Conduct is ready for downloading and distribution to your employees. Feel free to add or delete policies to ensure that the document reflects what is important to your company.
