Setting up The Performance Review Process

The objective here is to create a personalized Employee Performance Review form (EPR) for each employee that includes:

  • The top five behavioral competencies for the position
  • The agreed upon performance objectives

Once this is done, you will hold regular progress meetings with your employees. You will use the Employee Performance Review and the Objective Tracker as guides to discuss progress against objectives and the Competencies with Observable Behaviors List to discuss progress towards improving the behavioral competencies important to the position.
