Hiring the right people is where many mistakes are made. Managers are often trying to hire too quickly, the job is not detailed in an up to date job description, the interview is not structured with specific questions and the candidate is not thoroughly checked out. Filling a seat vs. hiring a very well qualified candidate are two very different things. We strongly recommend taking the time here to learn how to properly interview.
